Died – Saturday Jan 6 of heart disease, Alfred Glazebrook, at the residence of Simpson Sinclair, three miles south of town. The deceased spent the early part of his life in Putnam County and lived for a number of years in the house in which he died. He moved from here to San Pierre, near 20 years ago where he lived until last fall when he moved to his late home, two miles south of Ellettsville. He had been afflicted for several years. He died sitting in his chair, while joking with the family where he was visiting at the age of 56 years. Mr. Glazebrook was not a member of any church.  He was a true and kind husband and father, honorable to his fellow-man and charitable to all.  The family and friends who were telegraphed for arrived here Saturday night and Sunday.
